Colonial Ghosts - Get into the Halloween spirit with an award-winning ghost tour! Colonial Ghosts was ranked in the Top 10 Ghost Tours in America in 2014 and received the Best Tour Operator award in 2015. They conduct a more family-friendly experience at 8pm & 9pm, which lasts 60-90 minutes. Or, leave the young kids at home and embark on the Ultimate Ghost Tour at 11pm. Also available is an interactive GPS-guided tour app that you can use on your own schedule. It includes 25 locations and 55 minutes of audio.
Pumpkinville - Visit this family-owned farm to pick your own pumpkin. The location is decked out with seasonal décor, making it a great place for fall photos. Children and families will enjoy free activities, like the corn maze, hayrides and games. Pick up additional seasonal item while there -- straw bales, cornstalks and gourds. Spirit of Halloween - Located in the Monticello Shopping Center, this is your one-stop-shop for all your costume and décor needs. But don't wait too long; this store is only open seasonally. Papa Murphy's - Try Papa Murphy's take-and-bake pumpkin-shaped pizza for your fall festival or Halloween party. This seasonal special is available in ALL locations starting 10/24/2016, but some will offer it earlier.
Party City - This place has it all! Costumes, décor, party supplies and balloons-- everything you need for an EPIC Halloween event.
Williamsburg Farmer's Market - Located in Merchant's Square, the farmer's market takes place every Saturday 8am-noon through mid December. Stop by on October 22, 2016 for Children's Day and to pick up delightful fall goodies. Haunting on DoG Street - Tickets for this special trick-or-treat event are just about gone. Fri-Sun are sold out but Monday (Halloween night) is still available. The trick-or-treat portion is free, but there are special tickets/costs for other activities.
